Stewart Engineers and Arkema are pleased to announce project commencement of the 2nd new Low E production facility for Hebei Yingxin Glass Group (HYGG) located in Shahe, China.

This turnkey pyrolitic CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) system will make HYGG one of the leaders in production of Low E products in China. HYGG selected the hard coating process because of its superior durability, handling and shelf life characteristics compared to soft coated products. This next generation CVD pyrolytic coating system will produce Low E hard coatings using the expertise of Stewart Engineers and its technology partners, Arkema and CVD Technologies (UK)

The system will begin producing Low E products with year-round thermal efficiencies, particularly suitable in heating-dominated climates, in 2009.
