Hazlemere Windows Company Ltd was first established in April 1985, so in April 2020 will have been successfully trading for 35 years. April 2019 therefore sees the start of its 35th year of business having grown over the last 4 decades to become a significant employer in the region.

Today the business operates out of a 56,000 square foot Head Office and Factory premises it owns in Wellington Road on Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe, Bucks, whilst also owning other commercial premises within High Wycombe that it rents out.

The business has a showroom and hub in Welwyn Garden City on Mundells Industrial Centre, where it has on display Sapa aluminium curtain walling, a selection of Sapa commercial aluminium windows, and Sapa commercial entrance doors in different RAL powder coated colours.

The reasons Hazlemere Commercial have been able to be so successful, so consistently for such a long sustained period is down to a whole series of factors, but these include the stability offered by the Braham family, the fact that much of their premises that they own are unencumbered, their two impressive showrooms in Herts and Bucks, the longevity of their loyal staff, the loyalty of their clients, continual investment in the latest technologically advanced CNC machinery, progressive management and product development.

When George Braham started the business back in 1985 with his two eldest sons Ian and Stuart, no one would have expected the slow, steady growth that has ensued since then, with many other family members still working within the company today, including current Chairman Stuart Braham’s daughter Rachel Braham-Hill as Managing Director, his youngest daughter Laura Braham as HR Manager, his son in law Chris Hill as a surveyor, his Cousin Michael Tuppenney as Installation Manager, and many other highly experienced non-blood related “family” members of staff who have come and stayed, to collectively make the firm what is is today. Rachel and Laura’s mum Sonia also works as the Customer Services Manager, a post she has held for over 25 years.

Hazlemere Commercial have also been successful due to the many partnerships forged with local authorities, schools, universities, architects, Management Consultancies, Main Contractors, developers and residential housing associations.

Hazlemere have been on the LHC framework for over 12 years, suppliers to Hampshire County Council for 5 years and have been suppliers to Buckinghamshire County Council for more than the last 10 years.
