Guardian Auto Glass to serve Baltimore customers; acquires Good Shepherd Auto Glass

Worthington, Ohio – November 20, 2012 – Guardian Auto Glass announced today that it has formed a new company, Guardian Auto Glass Baltimore, LLC to acquire Good Shepherd Auto Glass, Inc., and has partnered with current owners Donald Creek, Jr., Tony Day and Steven Everhart along with a fourth partner Kevin Brown.   The new facility is located at 2113 Columbia Park Road, Unit 3, Edgewood, Maryland, 21040 and the phone number is (443) 686-0852.   Guardian Auto Glass provides glass repair and replacement services for automobiles, buses, trucks and recreational vehicles and operates more than 90 locations throughout the United States.  Creek, Day and Everhart have extensive experience in the Baltimore area and formed their company in 2005, focused primarily on the commercial auto glass segment. Brown has 14 years of sales and sales management experience with two leading companies in the Baltimore and DC areas, and is a nationally certified continuing education instructor. Brown, Creek, Day and Everhart will be equity owners and managing partners in the new Guardian Auto Glass location.  “The combination of Good Shepherd’s strong commercial base and Kevin’s insurance experience present a unique opportunity for us to expedite our expansion in Baltimore,” said Marc Talbert, vice president and managing partner of Guardian Auto Glass, LLC.  Guardian Auto Glass, LLC was formed in 2010 between Guardian Glass Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guardian Industries Corp., and LRST LLC to manage and grow the retail auto glass business of Guardian.
