Greco Aluminum Railings (Greco), a leading manufacturer of high-quality engineered railing and safety systems for multi-family and commercial structures in the United States and Canada, is pleased to announce that it will be engineering, fabricating and providing all of the glass railings for the LINK PHX 30-story apartment tower in Phoenix, AZ.
The LINK PHX is located at Third and Pierce Streets in the downtown Roosevelt Row neighborhood of Phoenix. The high-rise, mixed-use building developed by Chicago-based CA Ventures in a joint venture with Diamond Realty Investments, Inc. and is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2019. Shepley Bulfinch is the architect of record for the LINK PHX which will be one of the tallest buildings in Phoenix.
“We designed the building to maximize the incredible mountain and valley landmark views that exist at this height,” stated Joseph Herzog, AIA, principal at Shepley Bulfinch. “The building will also be a landmark for the city skyline, and we are utilizing form and materials that will present a modern, forward-looking vision for downtown Phoenix.”*
“Our engineering team worked with the design team of Shepley Bulfinch and provided a glass railing solution that not only helped define the façade of the tower but was critical in contributing to the unobtrusive views that are offered in each unit,” says Jim Ellsworth, President of Greco’s US operations.
The LINK PHX is the first phase of the three-phase development that will ultimately include two additional apartment towers.
