Outstanding resistance and durability are only two of the features of the innovative range of thermoplastic paints recently rolled out by the Fenzi Group.

Backed by more than 20 years’ experience in the area of chemical solutions for glass decoration, the labs of the Fenzi Ceramic Paints Division developed the perfect product for customization of glass containers for the food & beverage, tableware and cosmetics industries. With Tempver HG, any kind of glass container can be customized with images, logos, technical details, graphic art and design elements, with brilliant color reproduction.

The market outlook for customized glass containers is encouraging as demand for earth-friendly packaging grows, not only for prestige products, but also for daily-use items. And the vast pool of possible solutions means package designs must be more and more captivating and clever.

The entire Tempver HG range ensures extremely high levels of chemical resistance, the utmost durability currently available in the market and superior performance in industry tests, as well as excellent safety. With high gloss values and perfect printability, especially with very detailed graphic motifs, Tempver HG is ideal for mass production and for special, exclusive processing needs. Furthermore, an especially low fusion temperature makes Tempver HG easy to use and capable of optimizing production time and costs.

Thanks to its exceptional characteristics, Tempver HG maximizes the potential of screen-printing on glass containers, impeccably combining durability, ease of use and long lifetime.

The series is composed of 18 base colors that can be mixed to obtain any transparent, opaque or satin-effect color desired and comes in two versions: Tempver HG One Way, for especially brilliant colors, and Tempver HG Returnable, with extremely high chemical resistance.

This expands the range of solutions offered by the Decorative Paints Division of the leading group in chemicals for secondary processing of flat glass, positioning Fenzi as an increasingly comprehensive supplier for the entire industry.
