Timber companies have thrown their weight behind FIT Show, the UK’s only dedicated event for the glass and glazing industry, with a number of leading brands and WWA members signing up to exhibit in 2019.

FIT Show has broadened its offering in recent years and the influx of timber brands will further bolster the show’s core UPVC and aluminium lineup, as well as its new flat glass proposition, ‘Visit Glass’.

The WWA will have a strong presence at the 2019 showcase, supporting exhibiting members with a dedicated ‘timber trail’ designed to guide visitors around the show via timber stands and towards a dedicated members lounge.

BWF and WWA technical director, Kevin Underwood will also feature in the seminar programme covering the installation of timber from a technical perspective. The WWA is also considering holding its members day as part of FIT Show.

WWA members that have signed up to exhibit include the likes of Estonian window manufacturer, Viking Windows AS, Allan Bros, Bereco, West-Port, Jeld-Wen and Teknos.

FIT Show 2019 will take place at the NEC Birmingham from 21st to 23rd May and will feature up to 300 exhibitors from across the window, door, conservatory and glass industry. Walk on stand packages are available from as little as £3,000 and there is still time for brands to sign up to exhibit by contacting FIT Show event director, Nickie West - nickie@fitshow.co.uk / 00 44 7818 218000.
