The FIT Show 2019 floor plan has seen an emerging trend for tech-based companies who are signing up to exhibit at the NEC from May 21st to 23rd next year in their droves.

Adding to the growing tech lineup in recent weeks are eight new brands made up of Business Pilot, Klaes, WindowLink, Windowmaker, Business Micros, Aztec Glass, Dufea IT Solutions and Smart Builder.

Business Pilot will be previewing their new Business Pilot System which is an IT solution designed to streamline processes for installation businesses, from lead generation and sales through to operations, installations, finance and after service.

Speaking about their decision to exhibit, Business Pilot director, Elton Boocock said: “FIT Show is the one opportunity where you get so much of the installation industry together in one place at one time to meet, share ideas, see new things and take positive steps to improving our businesses.”

Smart Builder will exhibit as part of Visit Glass, FIT Show’s debut flat glass feature, and will showcase its new glass processing digital and paperless software alongside award-winning design tools all of which provide efficiencies in glass processing - from designing and drawing through to glass ordering and installation.

Smart Builder UK manager, Paul Needham said: “The UK glass industry has been crying out for their own home grown glass show. We get plenty interest from UK visitors at overseas trade shows and can only imagine the interest if there was a show right here on everybody’s doorstep. We have exhibited at the FIT show in the past but this is the first time the flat/processed glass industry have their own place.”

Business Micros will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2019 and will maximise FIT Show as a chance to connect with its loyal customer base and celebrate the success that they have enjoyed over the last four decades of trading.

Nicholas Bailey who heads up marketing for Business Micros said: “As the largest trade show for our industry is it important for Business Micros to continue to have a presence there. Each year as the show grows it is a vital part of our calendar as we see it as an opportunity to engage with customers we may not have chance to otherwise during that year.”

Aztec will be utilising FIT Show 2019 as a platform to launch its new glass processing software which is based on flexibility and affordability. The Aztec team will be offering visitors hand on demos and one-to-one meetings with key customers, suppliers and prospects.

FIT Show event director, Nickie West added: “It’s fantastic to see so many tech savvy and forward thinking companies joining the lineup for FIT Show 2019. As an industry, we have to embrace technology and its many advantages for streamlining processes and improving efficiencies - both of which can have a positive impact on profitability.

“We’ve got great things in the pipeline for 2019 and look forward to sharing these announcements with you in the run up to May next year. Watch this space!”
