The renowned window manufacturer Finstral invests in a high-tech machine from Tecglass to produce high quality products

Finstral, an Italian company founded in 1969 in Ritten is a widely known and reputable manufacturer of windows and doors in Europe. With the investment in a new glass production facility, Finstral has also invested in Tecglass technology.

Within the wide range of products that Finstral offers for the fenestration market, we highlight the windows and glass door outcome, where the Italian company produces them in various styles, sizes, and materials to meet different architectural and design requirements, always placing a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics.

Due to the personalization of its products and the variability of designs that Finstral offers, when the time came to invest in machinery for the painting and decoration of its glass, Finstral found in Tecglass the supplier that could provide the digital printing solution they were looking for.

After a thorough analysis of the project, among all the digital machinery solutions that Tecglass offers, Finstral opted for the Vitro Jet FS Type printer model, which integrates a truly unique patented SIDEKINETIX technology for an even more versatile machine, increasing the printing efficiency, always allowing printing on the long side of the glass, improving the printing cycle time for all glass sheets that are longer than the width of the machine.

Furthermore, Finstral has also integrated the VFPT tool, ideal for IG units and frameless windows, in order to enhance the printing performance of perimeter designs, which allows making perimeter prints by following the edges of the glass and avoiding the need to make passes in areas where the glass does not need to be printed

Finally, Finstral's intention to automate its factory in Mazzantica di Oppeano led lead to ask Tecglass for a turnkey solution, installing a complete printing line with a single supplier offering guarantees of connectivity and integration of all the equipment and, in short, taking responsibility for any possible failure in the final result of the prints.

Tecglass expresses deep gratitude for the unwavering trust placed in them by Finstral and its entire team. Tecglass is fully committed to embracing and addressing Finstral's challenges and objectives as their own.
