Encirc Hosts World Renowned Gallo Glass

Encirc recently played host to John Gallo, vice president of E & J Gallo Glass Company, and members of the famous Californian Gallo wine dynasty.

The group toured the Derrylin facility, where they were introduced to the Encirc Academy team, who have been supporting Gallo Glass with installing their new glass bottle making machines at the company's site in Modesto, California.The Academy also completed a full training programme.

Speaking about his visit, John Gallo said: "This has been a really informative trip. The facilities and technology at Derrylin are truly impressive, as is the depth of knowledge shown by everyone in the Encirc team. Expertise, like that demonstrated here in Derrylin, is crucial to any company's success, which is why I'm thankful to the Academy for its training support for our own lines in California."

Rob Healy, general manager of the Encirc Academy, added: "John Gallo is a leading industry figure, so it was an honour to welcome him and his family to Derrylin.

"The partnership with Gallo has meant that we have been able to both showcase our technological and manufacturing expertise but also learn from Gallo about its processes. Our production lines are industry leading and this visit is a testament to the expertise of our team."

The Encirc Academy offers support to glass manufacturers around the world developing their glass manufacturing skills and techniques and delivering excellence to their respective companies.

In addition to Gallo Glass, the Encirc Academy has been working with a number of other major glass and drinks manufacturers around the world over the last year with team members travelling to Turkey, South Africa and Mexico to support glass container manufacturing training and equipment installation.
