Joachim Stoss, managing director with responsibility for Edgetech in Europe says: “We were pleased to support Glasbiegerei Döring, a bent glass producer of SAINT-GOBAIN Glassolutions, in this exciting project to help them realize the vision of New York Architect Daniel Libeskind for the 26 meter high, 500 meter circumference KÖ-Bogen buildings. The project was challenging with over 2,200sqm of glass required in total with the individual elements of the façade glass measuring 1.35m x 2.70m and 2.70m x 5.60m.
