This change comes as Dip-Tech celebrates its 10-year anniversary, endowing it with fresh leadership as the company kicks off its second decade.
Under the guidance of Matzliach, Dip-Tech gained significant market share and established itself as the pioneer and leader in the fast-growing digital glass printing industry. During this time, the company introduced numerous technology and glass innovations and grew significantly, with more partners, and employees worldwide.
Lumbroso joins Dip-Tech after many years in management positions, where he gained extensive experience in both graphic arts and digital printing. He spent almost two decades at Scitex and Creo, digital printing pioneers.
“Taking up the mantle of leadership of Dip-Tech is a very exciting opportunity on a personal level,” commented Lumbroso. “While I have a lot of experience in digital printing, from the graphic arts world, I’m very excited to be moving into the field of digital printing on glass, which offers greater room for creativity in bringing both functional and decorative value to projects.”
As part of his vision for Dip-Tech, Lumbroso intends to cement Dip-Tech’s market leadership position by expanding the company’s customer base, venturing into new fields, and further enriching its technology to facilitate more printed glass applications. “There is a lot more to be developed for the digital glass printing market for it to reach its maturity,” continued Lumbroso. “New inks, new technologies , new applications and new market segments – it's challenging, it's fascinating, and I’m looking forward to seeing how far we can take it.”
