Customer Care and Service Award

Date: 7 April 2011

Sponsored by Lister Trade FramesLister Trade Frames based in Fenton, Stoke on Trent, has developed its successful business model over the past 34 years based around excellence in customer care and service.

As manufacturers of Elitis branded PVCu and aluminium windows, doors, conservatories and building plastics, Listers has gained an enviable nationwide reputation for quality and innovation.

The company has been a finalist and winner for six consecutive years in the national Glass and Glazing G-Awards, gaining titles such as Customer Care winner 2008, and being recognised as the glazing industry’s Manufacturer of the Year 2005 and 2010.

Listers also triumphed in last year’s Sentinel Business Awards for North Staffordshire and Cheshire and they were proud to sponsor the Customer Care and Service Award at the event held this year on the 29th March.

The Sentinel Business Awards, held in association with the North Staffs Chamber of Commerce, are an annual event for companies both large and small. The awards attract businesses from across the entire spectrum of the business community and pay tribute to the corporate and individual successes within the region. The gala dinner evening was well attended by over three hundred business men and women and hosted by Television news presenter Bob Warman.

Listers chose to sponsor the Customer Care and Service Award because they recognise the importance this plays in the success of their own business. The winner of the award needed to demonstrate their commitment to continuously improving standards in customer care and be able to give examples of service exceeding customer expectations. This year’s deserving winners were the Hanley Economic Building Society.
