Creating a sub-group "Quartz raw materials, quartz glass"

Industry and Trade Ministry of Russia has decided to approve the proposals of the expert community of the glass industry of the Russian Federation on the feasibility of establishing in the composition of the expert group "Glass" sub-group "Quartz raw materials, quartz glass."   The objective of this sub-group coordination of company-producers and consumers of high-purity quartz glass, including the brand KS-4V.Currently, a part of the expert sub-group "Quartz raw materials, quartz glass." To prepare the work plan of this education within the framework of the main activities of the expert group "Glass": - Coordination of the activities of enterprises in order to expand production, producer support, improving the technology of production of flat glass, glass constructions, foam glass, stekloarmatury and fiberglass, glass lighting, extraction of raw materials; - Formation of requirements for the glass industry (general requirements, technical requirements, acceptance rules, methods of control, technical documentation); - Promotion of measures to support the industry and informing the community about the prospects for the development of innovative technologies, market needs.

At the same time exploring opportunities to establish a sub-technical, medical glass, etc. At the request of Mipromtorga StekloSouz Russian experts are working on the preparation of the draft regulation of activities of the Expert Group 1.5.
