Clarke Facades are pleased to announce that we have secured the full building envelope contract for the redevelopment of Stanmore Hospital in North London on behalf of the RNOH NHS Trust alongside Balfour Beatty.

The first phase of the redevelopment will involve the construction of a new five-story inpatient ward facility for the specialist Neuro Musculoskeletal Orthopaedic Hospital, based in Stanmore.

The building of a new inpatient facility is the first phase in the long-term plans for redeveloping the Stanmore site, where many of the buildings date back to before the Second World War.

The project is expected to be complete in August 2018. The new buildings are set to be a reflection of the world class work done in the clinic.

Mark Wiggins, Business Development & Marketing Manager at Clarke Facades commented:

We are looking forward to working with Balfour Beatty on this project and are thrilled to see our strong working relationship thrive.  We completed QEii Hospital for Balfour Beatty in 2015 and are eager to get going on site at Stanmore.

This project will be challenging due to the nature of the project however it is an exciting time for all those working on the stunning new building which will enhance the lives of many people. It will showcase a full range of services that we offer.”
