Building a Brighter Tomorrow, Today

Date: 13 May 2015

Discover Innovation. Discover Inspiration. Discover Architecture - YKK AP has partnered with AIA Atlanta and Melody Harclerode, director, writer and co-founder of AIA Atlanta’s Discover ARCHITECTURE program to inspire budding architects at the AIA Convention 2015.  Ms.

Harclerode will be addressing local students and attendees at the YKK AP booth, booth #859, on May 14th at 2pm.

Discover ARCHITECTURE focuses on reaching the architects, engineers, contractors, designers, planners, developers, and community and business leaders of tomorrow and sharing the joy and value of architecture and related disciplines. Whether students in the program become architects or not, spaces, buildings, and communities are all enhanced when future leaders are helped to appreciate architecture and the human-made, or built environment.

Discover ARCHITECTURE was founded in 2010 at E. Rivers Elementary School and has now expanded to two additional elementary schools in the Atlanta area.
