Momentum is gathering pace with just one month to go, as the industry gets ready to come together and tackle the biggest issues facing the glazing sector.
Hundreds of business leaders, CEOs and stake holders from the industry’s most influential companies will descend on Edgbaston Stadium and Conference Centre in Birmingham on Thursday, September 12th.
Andrew Scott, the founder of the Glazing Summit and CEO of glazing industry specialists Insight Data and Purplex Marketing, said:
“In the last two weeks we’ve had a real rush on tickets and interest in the event is really hotting up.
“It doesn’t matter if you are a large company or small company, if you are fabricator, installer, glass company or you’re involved in the supply chain – you just have to make sure you’re there.”
So, why is it so essential to attend the Glazing Summit?
A packed agenda
Organisers Insight Data and Purplex Marketing have put together an exciting agenda that will provide a mixture of debates and discussions on the biggest challenges facing the industry.
A fantastic line-up of expert speakers will tackle everything from sustainability and recycling, smart technology and the skills shortage, to the repercussions of Grenfell, how to tackle rogue traders and the future of the glazing industry.
And with the industry facing its biggest ever shake up with a flood of mergers, acquisitions and consolidation, a panel of industry experts will also be discussing how companies can sell their business for maximum value or use acquisitions as a way of achieving significant growth and economies of scale.
Top keynote speakers
Mixed in with the debates and discussions will be several top keynote speakers on how to get the most out of your business.
The industry’s award-winning specialist data supplier Insight Data will present the findings of the Insight Data ‘Window Industry Report’ while the industry’s marketing specialists Purplex will reveal the marketing secrets to drive growth and profitability.
Leading business speaker Adrian Webster will take to the stage to share his secrets on building a world-class business.
And with Brexit looming and the government warning companies to brace themselves, a keynote speaker will consider the implications for the fenestration industry to help navigate the Brexit crisis.
The best networking opportunities
While the agenda will provide some vital information, the one-day conference also provides plenty of opportunity to network with hundreds of customers, suppliers and industry leaders.
“The 2019 Glazing Summit is really gathering momentum now that our agenda has been announced and it’s easy to see why the biggest names are scrambling to get involved,”
added Andrew.
“This is a £4billion industry and it’s facing some of its biggest challenges yet. So, if you are still thinking of attending but haven’t made your mind up yet, then hurry up.”
“You don’t want to miss out.”
And places for the Leaders Dinner are selling out too…
The Glazing Summit Leaders Dinner is also proving a huge draw and tickets are selling out just as fast due to the limited number of places.
Held on the same evening in Edgbaston’s banqueting suite, the informal dinner with drinks reception will bring together around 300 of the industry’s most influential business owners, directors and managers for an evening of fine dining and networking.
The highlight of the evening will be after-dinner speaker Roger Black MBE, the former Olympic 400metre runner and World Championship gold medallist.
Delegates are welcome to attend the Glazing Summit, the Leaders Dinner or both.
