The many months of research, feedback, surveys, discussions and analysis of results involved in preparing for IIP Gold as well as the active engagement with staff, required the commitment and dedication of the whole Schueco HR team.
Schueco’s IIP ‘storyboard’ ran to 220 pages of detailed information covering 196 evidence criteria across the 10 key topics: Business Strategy; L&D Strategy; People Management Strategy; Leadership & Management Strategy; Management Effectiveness; Reward & Recognition; Involvement & Empowerment; Learning & Development; Performance Management; Continuous Improvement.
The HR team also compiled two folders of additional written evidence in the form of appendices for the assessor to review and use throughout the process.
