Exhibition stand: Experience added value

In line with this overriding theme, Schüco is combining the presentation of products, services and information in topic studios. Grouped around a central plaza, the four topic worlds of “More design”, “More comfort”, “More security” and “More service” allow visitors to discover for themselves the added value that working together with Schüco offers.

Innovation: Added value through forward-looking products

A new lift-and-slide door system by the name of Schüco LivIngSlide is making its debut at FENSTERBAU. The construction is ideally suited for newbuilds and renovations, and features Uf values to 1.2 W/(m2K) with a basic vent depth of 82 mm.

In terms of colour, the profiles can be designed with a wide range of foils, the exclusive Schüco AutomotiveFinish surface finish technology or the Schüco TopAlu aluminium cover cap.

The added value for the fabricator lies in the integrated weldable EPDM gasket, vent preparation by machine, simple installation, glazing beads (available for all glass thicknesses between 24 and 52 mm), the same accessories as for the Schüco LivIng window system and the option of additive adhesive technology.

First unveiled in 2016 at the Nuremberg exhibition and then successfully launched in the marketplace, the Schüco LivIng window and door series will be completed in the future by a steel-free passive house-certified window system in accordance with Dr Feist. Instead of steel reinforcement, Schüco is using its tried-and-tested patented aluminium profile rolling technology here.

Schüco LivIng Alu Inside can be 100% recycled and also boasts burglar resistance up to RC2. The added value for the fabricator is the steel-free construction, offering benefits in storage, fabrication and installation, the integrated weldable EPDM gasket, suitable for glazing of 24 - 52 mm, and the possibility of optional glass bonding.

New safety barriers and ventilation solutions, an expanded range of fittings, a 0 mm threshold for ease of access in accordance with DIN 18040 and new contour options for the Schüco TopAlu aluminium cover caps are some of the other highlights at the exhibition stand.

This portfolio is enhanced by window and door systems specially developed for international markets. Additional examples of the company’s innovative strength include a new machine for more efficient fittings installation and comprehensive software programs.
