SCHOTT Architecture + Design attends event for architects

Date: 25 June 2012

“Beste Aussichten” in Stuttgart und FrankfurtMainz, June 18, 2012 - The series of events »Beste Aussichten« (Bright Prospects) that got off to a successful start last fall was held again in Stuttgart and Frankfurt at the end of May.

SCHOTT Architecture + Design acted as a partner for this event too.

Following the presentation held by Herwig Spiegl from the Vienna-based architectural firm AllesWirdGut and the lecture by the social media consultant Eric Sturm, the guests were given the chance to learn more about the event partners’ products by stopping by their booths.

As an exclusive preview for Germany, SCHOTT Architecture + Design presented its new modular wall system that has been developed specifically for architects and interior designers. In cooperation with its partner Expotechnik, SCHOTT offers a wall system for sophisticated interior design on the basis of attractive, high-quality glass solutions that meet every conceivable design requirement. From illuminated walls to elegant room partitions and communication centers, the wall system offers a wide variety of different ways to create breathtaking glass installations based on special glass products like MIRONA®, AMIRAN® and OPALIKA®, for instance. The modular wall system consists of cold forged aluminum profiles that can be aligned in many flexible ways.

Furthermore, the Architecture + Design team also presented a few samples from its product portfolio for use in designing functional façades and high-quality room interiors. Last, but not least, several current project references were also discussed.

The reactions to the two presentation evenings were extremely positive, despite the summer temperatures, and this shows that exchanging experience and using inspirational sources of communication can be important ingredients of professional activities. This series of events is scheduled to continue in the fall.
