Saint-Gobain has just completed the acquisition of France Pare-Brise, which has the second largest franchise network in France on the automotive glass repair and replacement market.

This network has a broad geographical spread, with 320 exclusive franchise fitting stations. France Pare-Brise serves insurance companies, corporate fleets, car rental and leasing companies as well as retail customers.

Saint-Gobain produces automotive glass for automakers and for the replacement market, and it also distributes and fits this glass.

The acquisition of this franchise with significant growth potential allows Saint-Gobain to consolidate its positions on the fitting market in Europe, where the Group is already present in nine countries.
