Located at 3 Faraday, Irvine, CA 92618, the 7,800-square-foot facility has the capacity to stock more than 1,000 glass units.
Safelite AutoGlass® has traditionally provided this community with service through its Westminster facility or through mobile service, sending technicians to the customer’s home or office. While mobile service is still an option, the new Irvine store will increase accessibility to parts, thereby enabling faster mobile or in-shop service.
The new store features a comfortable waiting area with cable TV, coffee and beverages, and is just one exit from the entertainment complex, the Irvine Spectrum. Roger Stelmach serves as the store manager, overseeing 11 employees.
“We look forward to continuing to serve southern Orange County residents for all their vehicle glass repair and replacement needs,” Stelmach said. “Few people think about auto glass until they have serious damage. Small chips or cracks can easily and effectively be filled to restore the windshield’s original structural integrity and prevent further damage. It can be a safe and economical alternative to a full windshield replacement. It only takes about a half hour, and service is available in-shop or at your home/place of business.”
The addition of this Irvine store is part of Safelite’s plan to expand and improve service throughout southern California. Since 2009, Safelite® has developed a number of initiatives to provide unrivaled customer service, technical quality, and same-day service for southern California customers.
Safelite® customers in southern Orange County including Irvine, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach, El Toro, Lakes Forest, Ranchos, and Santa Margarita can receive a quote or schedule service 24/7 at safelite.com or by calling 1-800-800-ASAP (2727). Both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
