Quaker Windows and Doors continues its strategic growth and expansion with the purchase of 127 acres in Eldon, Missouri, where construction has begun on a new 200,000 square foot commercial and architectural products production facility.

The land purchased will also allow for the construction of additional manufacturing facilities in the future.

“We love it when homegrown Missouri businesses choose to continue growing in our state,” Missouri Governor Mike Parson said.

Quaker’s strategic growth and expansion has recently included the opening of a 185,000 square foot facility in January 2018 for high performing wood windows and doors, construction of a new commercial and residential Vinyl facility in March of 2016, expansion of an Insulating Glass Plant in 2017 and the expansion of the ModernVu/M600 Architectural Aluminum Door line in their former wood facility in 2018.

“Quaker Windows is at the top of their industry, in terms of both quality and customer service,” says Lt. Governor Mike Kehoe. “Given the continued steady growth of the company, I am certain they were heavily recruited to expand in other states,” he added. “Quaker is a fantastic corporate citizen, and I am pleased that they have chosen to continue to grow their product lines in central Missouri, using central Missouri employees.”

Quaker’s current operations consist of their corporate offices along with wood, vinyl, aluminum window and door manufacturing facilities located on two campuses in Freeburg, MO. They currently have more than 950 employees and produce a variety of AAMA certified high performing residential, commercial and architectural window and door products that are delivered nationwide.

“We are excited to be bringing new jobs to the Eldon region as part of our strategic growth plans moving forward to support our Customer’s needs and market demand,” says Quaker CEO Kevin Blansett.

“This expansion is about growing our commercial and architectural window and door production capacity for years to come, while continuing to enhance our vinyl and wood production capacity on the main campus to effectively meet the growing needs of our lumberyard and residential Customers” explains Blansett.
