The programme is designed to give management teams the necessary skills to manage, motivate and engage employees, particularly during times of change and in demanding environments. It is aimed at plant managers, group leaders, and functional managers with close links to the Automotive business line. Spread over two full days, the programme covers:* Change management;* Understanding of employee motivation and engagement techniques;* Tools and techniques for appropriate communication in complex & sensitive situations;* Working in multi-cultural teams* Automotive business case & quality planning.
