New stage for the construction of the Saint-Gobain Tower in La Défense

On April 16, Compagnie de Saint-Gobain and Generali Real Estate signed an off-plan lease setting out the conditions under which the Group will be able to set up its new headquarters in the tower being built by Generali.

The building, located in the La Défense business district on the edge of Paris (France), will have a surface area of about 49,000 square meters (525,000 sq. ft.) on 38 levels and will be named Saint-Gobain Tower (Tour Saint-Gobain).Designed to be the future showcase for Saint-Gobain’s image and expertise, the tower aims to achieve an exemplary level of environmental quality and energy performance by focusing in particular on compliance with the Group’s comfort standards for the benefit of its future occupants.©DR Valode & Pistre architectesOn April 16, Compagnie de Saint-Gobain and Generali Real Estate signed an off-plan lease setting out the conditions under which the Group will be able to set up its new headquarters in the tower being built by Generali.
