The New Year has started very well indeed for the frameXpress Ltd team with a showroom installation that was recently completed in East Anglia now profiling our broad range of products.

Bifold doors, casement windows and a low maintenance, thermally efficient roofing system were installed to reflect not only product choice but the quality standards associated with the range.

As one of the largest installers of conservatories, windows and residential doors in the area, the new showroom also had to reflect the highest standards of the longstanding frameXpress customer.

Constructed as a focal selling point for visitors to experience the quality of the range, it has been evident with subsequent increased sales that the breadth of choice is impressing the end user.

The versatility of the range demonstrates the high specification standards associated with the brand and features a number of high specification options in a comfortable environment for prospective investors to evaluate and enjoy.

Commenting on his new showroom, the frameXpress customer commented, “Window renovations, conservatory installations and new extensions are major investments for anyone, right up there with moving home and buying a car.

When making such sizeable investments it is far better for people to actually see and touch the products they will be having installed.

It is crucial that customers understand the benefits they are gaining and that they can grasp they will be getting a better quality product that will be worth every penny they spend.

Here customers can browse around and inspect the design and the installation standards we offer which helps them to make the most informed choices. We are very proud of the standards that the showroom reflects.”

Understanding customers’ requirements has always been of vital importance for the frameXpress team and at every level.

The company takes pride in the business ethics they maintain, building business partnerships by evaluating customers needs from design, fabrication, product performance and installation methods through to a 24-hour backup service.

Ian Davis Sales Manager at FrameXpress comments, “Showrooms are a lifeblood for some customers and this is somewhere our products can truly stand out.

Fully-furnished and carefully styled projects such as this speak for themselves particularly when our customers gain viable results from their investment.

Working together with our customers to ensure they have all they need to take their business further forward is a very rewarding process.”
