Meeting of the Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service

October 8, 2015 a meeting of the Board of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (the FAS), chaired by Acting Head of the FAS AG Tsyganov The meeting was considered a case of violation of antitrust laws for violating TD "Bashhim" Federal Law № 135-FZ of 26.07.2006, "On Protection of Competition" by fixing different sales prices for soda ash marks A.   As you know, StekloSouz Russia (the USSR) repeatedly drawn the attention of the FAS Russia for violations of antitrust laws "TD" Bashhim. " In August 2015 the Federal Antimonopoly Service initiated proceedings to verify the activities of the monopolistic structure.

The Commission heard representatives of interested parties, as well as the performances of other participants in the meeting. Following the meeting, the Commission concluded that the matter requires further consideration.

Glass industry was represented by Pavel Gorshkov, director of the department of glass containers StekloSouz Russia.

The next meeting of the Commission scheduled for December 1, 2015.

On the results of the commission FAS StekloSouz will systematically inform the glass industry enterprises.
