The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It draws the industry’s brightest minds and hottest products to one place, the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition, the SEMA Show provides attendees with educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events, networking opportunities and more.
Madico and Sun-Gard products were featured prominently at this year’s show. With a two-story booth that took up 20’x 50’ of floor space, our brands were highly visible to all that visited the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. This year we highlighted our complete lines of automotive products with an emphasis on the Wincos series and its extraordinary infrared protection. We demonstrated the technological advantage of Wincos using our interactive kiosk and also held a drawing for a free roll of Wincos film for all those that registered.
While the focus of SEMA is on automotive products, we used the opportunity to showcase our new Sunscape Designer Films program. Many of the larger automotive dealers at the show also install flat glass films and were interested in hearing about our exclusive Sunscape business opportunity.
In addition to highlighting our products, we held meetings with over 40 international customers, large private label accounts and distribution prospects. In an effort to thank several of our distribution partners from around the world, Madico hosted a dinner on Wednesday night. It was the perfect way to bring everyone together to network and have some fun. Our valued partners left the dinner feeling like they were part of a business minded, yet friendly family.
To top off the tradeshow, the Madico/Sun-Gard team hosted a customer appreciation party at Diablo’s Cantina on Thursday night. This event allows us to get to know and thank many of our loyal U.S. customers as well as reach out to prospective dealers.
This year’s SEMA Show was a huge success for Madico Window Films. We took several orders during the show and collected over 300 hundred leads that we will be following up on immediately after the event. We look forward to working with the many new customers we gained at the show!
