While the previous literature was working just fine for their trade customers, Listers are never happy with just fine. They believe that sharpening the message and the visual appeal of their marketing range will give their trade partners another advantage to help them win extra sales.
“It’s not just a face lift,” Says Listers MD, Mark Warren, “We have made some enormous advances to our product offering this year and we needed to reflect this in the Elitis Installer presentation materials.” For example, earlier this year and well ahead of the new Part-L regulations to come in on October 1st, Listers moved to an ‘A’ Energy Rated window as standard, and added a new 15 year guarantee without adjusting their price.
Listers are well known for their constant improvements and Mark says that this has won them many new customers this year both locally and throughout the Midlands and North. “We really do offer a complete package of energy efficient products in PVCu and Aluminium and we always provide the complete range of sales and marketing materials for customers to use. This has been one of the major factors in new trade customers joining us. We think that it’s just as important to provide effective marketing for customers as it is to produce excellent products and service.”
We all know that it’s more than just price that contributes to securing a deal, that’s why Listers continually invest money in making the sale easier. Last year they built a stunning new showroom for local customers to use as their own, they produce quick and accurate prices by a variety of in-house IT Communications systems and provide a free of charge on-line pricing program. Now with the launch of a completely new range of Elitis Installer brochures and other marketing materials they are making it even easier for installers to sell their windows and doors.
