This Version is the first which has been performed by a direct customer participation – that means, all customers with a Software-Renewal-Contract could vote on the contents of the further development of the program.To Lars Klaes (Klaes Management) is this involvement of customers, which is unique in this industry sector, very important because it demonstrates clearly what is most important to the customers. And these new functions, paid via the Software Renewal Contract, are included in the Version. Maximum transparency is achieved by the Klaes development portal through which all customers can vote, view the results and follow the implementation of their suggested changes.
