Jim Legg and Stan Starkey have opened Autoglass Plus LLC has opened at 229 S. St. Francis. Both began their careers at Safelite Co. in the mid-1970s and worked for The Windshield Shop from 1979 to 2003.
That business closed in December and the two decided to open their own company.
The business, which deals in auto glass and mirror replacement work, is leasing a 7,500-square-foot space for its operations, Legg says.
