India: Gujarat Borosil Board To Consider Dividend

MyIris.com reported that a meeting of the board of directors of Gujarat Borosil will be held on Jun. 27, 2007 to recommend dividend and to consider and approve the annual accounts and audited financial results for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.

Gujarat Borosil, a manufacturer of sheet glass and allied products, decided to set up Rs 400 million figured glass plant at Bharuch in Gujarat. The company is also in negotiations with a foreign collaborator for technical know-how for the figured plant.
