The demand for CNC work has increased over the last few years. Customers are now asking for glass in more bespoke shapes and larger sizes that both need to be processed using our CNC machines. Over the xmas break we have added a new Intermac to our existing group of machines.

This new machine has a host of features that make this machine 60-70% faster than those we currently have.

One of the biggest time saving features of this new machine is its ability to change its own tools automatically as part of its program cycle, without having to stop the machine, instead of manually changing them which required the cycle to be paused adding to the processing time. This new addition will give us yet more CNC capacity, in line with our customers demands.
