Dumping duty imposed on certain float glass imports from China

The Finance Ministry has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on certain float glass imports from China.   This follows recommendations of the Designated Authority in the Commerce Ministry in its second sunset review investigations on certain float glass imports from China and Indonesia.

The Revenue Department has now imposed anti-dumping duty of $ 218 per tonne on certain float glass imports from China. This duty will be valid for five years.
