Date: 3 August 2015
Organized by the National Glass Association and the Window & Door Dealers Alliance, the 2015 event presents innumerable ways to profit by attending.
Education to Help Your Business Succeed.
Key to capitalizing on market growth is learning the trends, challenges and opportunities of the evolving construction marketplace. GlassBuild America attendees will have several stand-out educational opportunities to meet these needs. Express Learning returns to the GlassBuild America trade show floor in 2015. Last year, the "TED Talk"-inspired, 20-minute educational sessions drew standing-room-only crowds.
Employees and business owners alike will have access to technical, business and industry-specific educational sessions at the Glazing Executives Forum, Express Learning pavilion, and Window & Door Dealer Days.
"We're bringing back the quick, information-packed education sessions that were an overwhelming success last year, and expanding on the scope and number," says Jenni Chase, content director for NGAWDDA. Sessions in the Express Learning pavilion on the trade show floor will include "How to Use Design-Assist to Help Grow Your Business," "How to Recruit the Best Members for Your Team" and "Problem Solving to Boost Your Bottom Line." Sessions taking place in the new Dream Showroom as part of Window & Door Dealer Days will focus on the residential window and door market, and include topics such as "The Future of Windows," "What Installers Want You to Know" and "Tips for Keeping Your Cash Flowing."

The annual Glazing Executives Forum is returning for its 10th year, where topics include empowering and incentivizing employees, managing lead times in a busy market and the economic forecast from Jeff Dietrich, senior analyst for ITR Economics.
And new for 2015, GlassBuild America attendees will have the opportunity to hear generational expert Cam Marston describe the motivations of each generation of employees and illustrate how companies are using those motivations to better attract and keep their talent.
