Ameron Completes Coating Business Sale

Ameron International Corp. completed the sale of its worldwide Performance Coatings & Finishes business to PPG Industries on Aug. 1, the company said Wednesday.

Terms of the sale were not disclosed. When the sale was initially announced June 29, the company said the sale price was around $115 million plus a working capital adjustment.
