YOUR TASK

- You independently carry out the system installation until acceptance by our German and international customers
- You will be working for our customers worldwide (50% travel, assignments approx. 1 week, subsequent compensatory days off) – At your request, the travel activity can also be extended
- You provide support to the customer on-site or via remote maintenance
- In our production you are responsible for the final machine tests
- You contribute with your ideas to the continuous development of our systems and machines
- The job as a service technician is basically independent of place of residence

YOU BRING

- Training in a technical profession: electrics, electronics, electrical installation, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, (automotive) mechatronics or similar – also an opportunity for career changers!
- Very good written and spoken German skills are required to ensure direct and complex customer service in Germany (C1)
- Good English skills and customer-friendly demeanor
- Good knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering, mechanics and IT
- High general technical understanding and solution-oriented attitude
