Welcome to HEGLA-HANIC and our diverse team! As a new IT consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for setting up and commissioning our software system. You will ensure smooth application operation and optimal functionality. You will also be responsible for creating, adapting, archiving and releasing customer-specific configurations and supporting the implementation of MES extensions and providing user training on-site or via distance learning. As part of your work, you will handle customer inquiries during the commissioning of the MES. Independent error analysis of our software components is also part of your tasks.

Your profile:

- You have completed vocational training in the IT environment or professional experience as a lateral entry,
- You have several years of professional experience in production and shop floor IT or comparable,
- You have a good understanding of business processes and production processes,
- Good SQL knowledge and experience with database systems are an advantage,
- Your personality is characterized by an independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of customer and service orientation,
- Teamwork, flexibility, friendly and competent demeanor round off your profile,
- Communication skills and good knowledge of English (or other),
- You have a class B driving license and are willing to travel.
