YOUR TASKS
- back office of our global sales team
- Organizational support of the sales management
- Support of sales projects in close cooperation with the team
- existing customer management
- initial consultation of interested parties and customers
- Processing of customer inquiries, as well as offer creation and follow-up
- Evaluation and documentation of sales activities in our CRM system
- Creation of order confirmations, invoices and delivery notes
- Support at trade fairs and their preparation

YOU BRING
- Commercial training or comparable qualifications
- Lateral entry possible
- Several years of experience in internal sales helpful
- Enjoy friendly, professional communication
- High degree of initiative with the will to complete tasks
- Independent, structured and efficient working methods as well as teamwork
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience in B2B sales helpful
