World renowned Smart tech heavyweight speaks at the Glazing Summit

Window and door technology expert Johan Ambulm will join a stellar line-up of speakers at the Glazing Summit on 12th September.

Until recently Johan was Vice President for Group Technology and Digital Development at Inwido AB. Inwido is Europe’s largest window and door fabricator, manufacturing some 100,000 frames per week.

At Inwido Johan headed their Smart Connected strategy, which included Smart security and safety, Home Living, and Smart Products. He launched an end-to-end solution for Smart windows, Smart doors, Smart blinds and third-party retail accessories, using their proprietary technology and apps.

The Scandinavian technologist will fly in directly from the IFA Consumer Electronics Show in Berlin, where exhibitors include Amazon Alexa, Phillips Hue, Samsung and many others.

The Glazing Summit is the annual conference for installers, fabricators and suppliers and tackles head-on the key issues facing the industry.
