Brought to you by leading friction stay manufacturer Cotswold Architectural Products, this high-specification product features twin floating mushroom technology and self-locating keeps which guide the cams into optimum position to reduce component wear, increase robustness and ensure the lock engages firmly every time with ease even if the sash drops by up to 6.5mm!

That should mean fewer call backs for installers and satisfied end users. The Sinidex lock also packs some impressive quality and security credentials too; it’s both PAS24 and Secured by Design accredited, corrosion resistant to EN1670: Grade 4 and backed by a 10-year mechanical guarantee, proving that the product totally measures up to the latest industry standards. Fabricator-friendly hardware
