Exhibitions are a way of attracting the attention of the global business community to the equipment industry and window components of Turkey and, at the same time, reflecting the state of the industry and trends. Devaluation of the lira in 2017 increased the competitiveness of Turkish goods in international markets and made the prices for equipment and components more attractive for Russian producers.
Russia has special significance for the Turkish market of window components. Two states are neighbors, which links the trade and tourist relations of countries. Among the trade partners of Russia, Turkey firmly holds the sixth place in terms of turnover.
According to the Federal Customs Service, trade between Russia and Turkey in January-November 2017 amounted to $ 19.3 billion, Russia exported goods to Turkey $ 16.3 billion, and imported from it - $ 3 billion. Turkey occupied 3.7% of Russia's foreign trade.
Closely linked and window markets of the two countries. Turkey in 2017 occupied about 20% of the market of fittings for windows and doors, has a stable share in the production of window profiles and seals. Equipment for the production of windows and double-glazed windows is popular among window and glass pack companies.
Organizers, as before, do everything possible for the comfortable stay of businessmen in the country and at the exhibition, so they provide free accommodation in the hotel 4-5 stars for 3 days stay and provide a transfer airport-hotel-exhibition complex.
