Veeco Instruments Inc. today announced the following upcoming Investor Relations events: Veeco management is scheduled to present on: Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 9:00 AM MT at the Credit Suisse Annual Technology Conference in Scottsdale, A.

Z. Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 3:45 PM ET at the J.P.Morgan SMid Cap Conference in New York City, N.Y.

The presentations will be broadcast live via webcast and available on the Veeco website at www.veeco.com. Presentation material will be posted to the Veeco website no later than 8:00AM ET the morning of the presentation.

Veeco management is also scheduled to present at the Lazard Capital Markets 2nd Annual LED Day on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 8:30am in New York City, New York. While this conference is not being webcast, Veeco will post relevant materials on its website prior to the event.
