Switch on to Intelligent Glass at the Smart Buildings Show 2015

Intelligent Glass, a British technology firm exporting worldwide, has manufactured switchable solutions for over 10 years. Over that time, switchable glass has made its way out of the office partition environment into a number of new sectors. Installations can be seen in hotels, leisure venues, shopping malls, clinics, healthcare centres and, increasingly, the home.

Switchable glass

A special manufacturing process coats down Intelligent Glass switchable film to one surface of a single glazed panel. This is a very cost-effective solution that can be applied to different types and thicknesses of glass. Switchable smart glass panels have a wide range of internal applications from office partitions, to retail displays, to room dividers in the home.

Laminated switchable glass

For maximum strength, durability and clarity, our switchable laminated glass panels are the preferred choice. Manufactured through a patented process, laminated switchable glass panels are perfect for high-traffic areas and wet rooms, are easy to clean, and also available in a range of tinted finishes.

Battery powered switchable glass vision panel

Switchable glass vision panels are a modern, stylish and unique alternative to outdated mechanical door blinds for privacy and security. A solution for both commercial and domestic settings, vision panels are easily integrated during door manufacture or as an aftermarket retrofit solution. Battery power also removes the need for expensive and disruptive electric cabling work.

Switchable insulated glazing units (IGUs)
