As independent aluminium double glazing manufacturers, Hazlemere Commercial are able to offers different aluminium profiles from different system houses such as AluK, Reynaers and Sapa.

The longest trading relationship is that with Sapa Building Systems Ltd, who Hazlemere Commercial have been buying powder coated aluminium extrusions from since April 1985.

Consequently the vast majority of Commercial Aluminium Entrance Doors manufactured and installed by Hazlemere over the last 4 decades have been Sapa products. Sapa Building Systems current aluminium commercial doors offering that Hazlemere fabricate and fit are as follows:

Dualframe Aluminium HP Entrance Doors

Having been manufacturing and installing the Sapa Dualframe double glazed aluminium for decades, as the product is suitable for both the domestic and light commercial markets, the Dualframe HP (High Performance) Aluminium Door can be used to achieve both traditional and contemporary styling.

The double sash “French” door style version has the option of having shoot bolts on the slave leaf (operated by one integral lever on side of the door sash or by two individual shoot bolts top and bottom) and handles on the master door leaf only, or matching handles on both door sashes.

This product has been tested and awarded Kitemarks for PAS 23-1:1999 (General Performance Requirements for Door Assemblies) and PAS 24-1:1999 (Enhanced Security Performance Requirements for Door Assemblies) for the open in, open out and the low threshold option.

The Dualframe HP Aluminium Door uses a unique patented polyamide strip with integral bead retention leg to minimise projection of door leaf profile. Its stiles are designed to accept full length Eurogroove to ensure compatibility with a wide range of door hardware.

The latest generation of this commercial entrance door is now known as the Dualframe Dual Secure aluminium door, which as its name suggests is now an even more secure aluminium entrance door than it already was.

Sapa 202 Aluminium Entrance Doors

The Sapa 202 non-thermally broken commercial entrance door and framing range unsurprisingly includes an aluminium non-thermally broken door and non-thermally broken framing.

Together, they offer specifiers a choice of configurations to suit the specific demands of end users looking for doors with a very low threshold where high thermal efficiency is not essential, like where there are two sets of double doors forming the entry to a building.

Suitable for installation in new build or replacement projects in commercial or public buildings, Sapa’s 202 Door can be manufactured by Hazlemere Commercial to form single single or double aluminium doors to be inserted directly into masonry, side frames or curtain walling.

Sapa Stormframe STII Aluminium Entrance Doors

The Sapa Stormframe STII high traffic commercial aluminium entrance door system is the modern more thermally efficient version of its predecessors the Sapa Stormforce aluminium door and the Sapa Stormframe ST aluminium entrance door.

Offering high levels of thermal insulation, Sapa’s Stormframe STII commercial door can achieve a combined U-Value of 1.8 W/m²k for doors without midrails and a combined U-Value of 1.9 W/m²k for doors with midrails (depending on actual door size and glazing specification).

This low U-Value helps building designers to achieve their Target Emissions Rate (TER) by being offset against the allowable U-Value of 3.5 W/m²k for high traffic doors when calculating the Building Emissions Rate (BER).

Hazlemere Commercial have fabricated and fitted hundreds of these bespoke aluminium commercial doors, which are now more sought after as thermal performance of products and each building becomes ever more important.
