Retirement and Appointment of President Automotive Worldwide

The NSG Group announces that Pat Zito, President Automotive Worldwide, will retire from the Group early in 2009, after more than 33 years’ service.

Mike Fallon, currently Vice President Aftermarket worldwide for the Group, is appointed President Automotive Worldwide in succession to Pat.

Mike Fallon will take up his new appointment with effect from 1 September 2008, in order to allow an effective handover of responsibilities at the most appropriate time in the budget and planning cycle. Pat Zito will remain a member of the NSG Board until his retirement date.

Stuart Chambers President and CEO said “Pat Zito has made an outstanding contribution to the Group and has led the Automotive business through a period of substantial growth and improved profitability. Mike will bring to the job many years of experience in the Automotive glazing industry, in both the OE and Aftermarket sectors.”
