Prestigious multi-million pound housing development in Preston oozes charm thanks to AluFoldDirect

More than 200 products produced by AluFoldDirect feature in the stunning five-and-six bedroom homes – an exclusive gated development called Willow Gate.

In every property, a dozen AluK 58BW slimline flat sash window systems in anthracite grey were installed. To complement this, two or in some cases three aluminium BSF bi-fold door systems also featured and stunning sets of bespoke aluminium French doors complement the exclusive, high-end property specification.

The prestigious housing development in Fulwood is made up of a small cluster of exclusive £700,000 homes – and they’re selling fast.

Working closely with on-site property developer, Terry Khan, AluFoldDirect produced seamless products to emphasise Terry’s exquisitely styled homes.

Developer Terry Khan, who is based in Preston, is immensely proud of his development and says working with AluFoldDirect was “straightforward and pleasing.”
