Pella Corporation, a leading manufacturer and designer of windows, doors, blinds and shades for homes and commercial buildings, today announced Tim Yaggi, as its new president and chief executive officer.

We conducted an extensive, nationwide search focused on finding a proven leader with profound experience, a strong commitment to profitable growth, and who shared our culture and values,” said Chairman of the Board and interim President and CEO Adam Farver. “We found all of that and more with Mr.Tim Yaggi. Tim has demonstrated the ability to create value and drive sustained business results as well as build high-performing teams.” 

Yaggi’s most recent position was chief operating officer and interim president and CEO at Tempur Sealy International, which is the world’s largest bedding provider. While there, he led the turnaround of the Tempur-Pedic brand through product innovation and brand-building activities. 

Prior to his work in bedding, Tim served at MASCO Corporation as Group President of the North America Builder Group where he oversaw a portfolio of 7 independent companies with 15,000 employees. Yaggi also held a number of senior management positions at Whirlpool Corporation, most recently as executive vice president, North America Market Operations.

Tim’s first official day will be Monday, May 9 and he and his wife, Kim, will be relocating to Pella, Iowa from Lexington, Kentucky in the near future. Mr. Yaggi received his A.B. degree in psychology from Princeton University and his M.B.A. degree from Michigan State University.
