The Onyx Towers is an ambitious mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, comprising a total of 55 storeys of residential and commercial space.

The $350m freehold project saw three individual towers, located near the Greens and Emaar Business Park, being completed at separate times by Ishraqah for Development. They include a boutique hotel (Zabeel House by Jumeirah), a dedicated tower for office space and the third for both offices and residences, along with a large selection of retail units and restaurants. All three towers are interlinked and rise on a shared platform.

A three-level entrance lobby overlooks the retail and restaurant area, while 24 high-speed elevators connect tower users to other special amenities, including a fitness centre, oxygen bar, beauty suite, relaxation rooms, auditorium, clinic and day-care centre. A grand skylight lets the Dubai sun pour onto the retail space while a rooftop terrace and stunning landscaped gardens are available for tower workers, residents and visitors who wish to relax outdoors.

The constructions span a total of 224,000m² from the ground to the tower tops, including space for a six-level car park that can provide for nearly 2,000 drivers. There are 305 office units, 210 hotel rooms with 10 suites, and 169 residential apartments.

The Onyx Towers is a prestigious development that has AluK’s SC140TT sliding doors installed throughout. This innovative design is a 140mm thermally broken sliding system for windows and doors, which is also suitable for the realisation of lift and slide solutions.
