New harmonised standards for construction products

In the Official Journal of the European Communities (OJEC C 40 of 14/02/2002) the European Commission has published a list of eight new harmonised standards in accordance with the directive 89/106/EEC on "construction products".

The standards, which among others regard accessories for door and window frames, fixed fire fighting systems, additives for concrete etc., have been drawn up by CEN on a mandate from the Commission, to aid manufacturers in complying with the essential requirements of the directive.In the Official Journal of the European Communities (OJEC C 40 of 14/02/2002) the European Commission has published a list of eight new harmonised standards in accordance with the directive 89/106/EEC on "construction products".
