Supplier Product Display

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served. View the Supplier Product Display Registration Form for full details.
World Vision School Backpack Assembly
The World Vision Backpack Build has become a much-enjoyed event during the AAMA Fall Conference. Spouses will be rolling up their sleeves to fill backpacks with school supplies to equip local under-privileged children with essential tools.
The seventh year of this tradition will benefit Whitmore Elementary in Tucson. Whitmore is a Title I school, meaning 40 percent of those who attend come from homes where incomes are usually under $23,000 a year.
After the build, spouses will travel to Whitmore to delivery the backpacks to students in person. AAMA’s has again reached its goal of donating 500 backpacks at a total cost of $12,000, or $24 per backpack.
Optional Events
Several optional activities will be offered throughout the week, including the new Rich and Diane Walker Cup, a golf outing in honor of former AAMA President and CEO Rich Walker, who left the association earlier this year. It will take place at the Shotgun Canyon Golf Course on Sunday, October 14.
Additionally, those who register for the conference may also opt into an “Under the Glass” Biosphere 2 tour at the University of Arizona, also offered on Sunday. Participants can gather for dinner and a wild west show at Savoy Opera House on Wednesday, October 17. Register for any of these events now.
